Simple life style changes can help become healthier and lose weight. I have adopted the following. I have tried sticking to them since the start of this new year. Have you adopted any life style changes for betterment. Please do share
1. Eating on time.
2. Exercising on a daily basis.
3. Going to bed early by 30 mins.
4. Avoiding some daily soaps which means less time in front of TV.
5. Avoiding chips, ice cream
6. Praying on a daily basis.
