Motivation to Exercise Daily.

Hi,<br>Though all of us want to lose weight or stay healthy we lack the motivation to exercise on a daily basis. My friend who into this field suggested these<br>1.Get a small dairy to write your progress.&nbsp;<br>2.Get 2-3 exercise equipment to get you motivated so that you feel tempted to use them. They need not be expensive ones. But less costly items like - Yoga Mat, Ab roller, twister board, resistance band, ankle weight etc. These cost Rs.350/- to Rs.500/-.<br>4.Make a timetable for yourself and stick on to it. Let your family understand that you are not to be disturbed when you exercise.<br>5. Get gym clothes and wear them when you exercise.<br>6. Download some songs or music that suit your workout pattern.<br>These are just some things shared by my friend and these help me stay motivated. Please do try them.
