2. I am working for a small company in Germany.
3. I am pregnant.
4. I want to go to India for my baby birth.
5. I want to be in India for 6 weeks before birth + 8 weeks after birth + time till baby becomes 1 year old.
6. My baby is going to be non-German citizen no matter where I give birth.
7. I will be working for my employer till 6 weeks before birth (if everything related to my health goes well).
8. Optional - I may take my this year's remaining leave/personal vacation time before I start on maternity leave, so that I can fly early.
Questions :
1. Can I take a leave till child becomes 1 year old and stay in India (atleast for 6 to 7 months if not the whole year)?
