Need help in converting H4 to h1

Hi Friends,

Need some help and suggestions regarding visa conversion of my husband visa.My husband did his masters here and he got his h1 filed and it was approved. Unfortunately his employer revoked it because of that he went back and came back as h4 (as i am on h1).Now again we are planning to convert to h1 .Please give us some suggestions .
