Does anyone else have this prob? I have been having 3-4 cups of green tea daily for more than 2 years now and find that I can't sleep until 2 am on most nights. At first I thought I can't sleep because of my 2 year old son's erratic sleep patterns and because of his getting up in between...............now I think its not just that, its the green tea as well. But I just can't stop drinking...........does anyone have this problem?
