Facial/ bleach during bf ing

Hello Ladies,

Is it safe to go for facials (fruit) / bleach during bf ing?
Please throw some ideas.

My neck has gone dark during pregnancy and face became better after delivery and so I'm having uneven skin tone now. So, like to do facial / bleach but not sure if it is safe during bf ing
