how to increase baby weight

I'm entering into 5 th month of pregnancy its a first child,i need to know how to increase baby weight because i'm already obesity and having BP.doctor suggested to increase baby weight from now onwards cause due to my condition atlast baby weight will reduced thats y i asked suggestion here...and one more thing can obesity person how many weight of baby they can give birth..
