Hi all,
The yoga program run in Captain TV by Ms. Kumari Laxmi Andiyappan is worth watching and practicing. Currently, she is teaching yoga for reducing /shaping up Thigh and Hip parts. It is being aired at 8 a.m on week days and 7.45 am on week ends.
