Why my husband finds mistake with everything?

My husband of 5 yrs.. tries to find mistake in everything I do.... I mean with everything. I am really fed up.... I told him many times not to do so atleast not infornt of our kid,,, than also same:(
He spends little time in a day at home... that to infornt of TV or computer, if not both then scolding me:(

Is anyone experiencing same... or my hubby unique?
