green tea during pregnancy

hi everybody,
im six weeks pregnant and i just read some articles about how green tea affect babies.i have been drinking green tea from very long n still do. not more than a cup a day at morning at all. my worry is i have been drinking it when we r trying to conceive n still do.n i takes my vitamin at night and drinks d green tea at morning. does this going to affect my baby.im quitting from now on. i just want to know about the consuming i did. do pls help. this is my first pregnancy n planned n so much wanted.help me out
