Ideas and tips on Designing dresses

Hi everyone,

I am expecting some good ideas about designing dresses like where to purchase fabrics and other accessories in wholesale and also how they supply it. I am from Bangalore. I want to know if I should travel or they deliver us the products. I am looking for fabrics like georgette, chiffon, spandex, lycra, lace, and all types of silks.
