Moving back to dubai

Hi ladies,
I lived in dubai for 4 yrs and went to chennai and moving back now- DH got a new job back in dubai. Need help!! btt

So what are the things i need to bring to dubai? mine is a family of four- us and son(6 yrs old) and daughter (1 yr old).
1) ultra wet grinder- i dont have much space- does it make sense to buy that in dubai?
2) mixie- preethi- should i bring or buy it there?
3) cooking pan- is the quality good in dubai or should i get it here?
any other stuff which is like essential for me to get from india?
