Please Read
Several children in Pre-K ages 3-4 are coming to school (sometimes daily) with soiled ,stained,or dirty clothes. Some give off unpleasant smells and some appear unclean and unkempt.
Parents please take care of this matter. It is a health and safety concern. It also makes it difficult for me to be close to them or even want to touch them.

. This has raised a lot of hue and cry from the public and parents. While some agree that the teacher had done the right thing by alerting the parents, there are others who think that the teacher should be reprimanded. As a teacher myself I think that the teacher had done the right thing. Even in our country there are children from some strata of society who come to school unkempt and dirty. The parents are either ignorant or are busy with earning their daily wages to pay attention to such details. For them it is enough to have their children go to school.
