Successful career woman - childless

Today in office, suddenly something striked me..
Not sure if I am writing in the right forum..

I can count women, I know who are successful (relatively) in theier career at the age of late 20s are struggling now to have children in their hands. They definitely did not intentionaly postpone it, but it has just happened happening..
